About Us The Timbered Putter Golf Company is a putter manufacturer in Polk City, Iowa. It is the brainchild of master craftsman Russ Fisher. Design and development of the clubs began in early 1996. The results are wooden putters like none other created. Each beautiful club is a work of careful craftsmanship. Although one may be hesitant to actually play with these clubs, we invite you to include them in your bag and use them. They were designed and intended for just that purpose.
